Event Rental FAQ

How many people can HUGE Theater hold?
The theater capacity is 100 people.
When is rental available?
Usually during the day on weekdays, often during the day on weekends, sometimes in the evening on weekdays, and rarely in the evening on weekends. If you have specific dates and/or times in mind, we’ll be happy to check them against our calendar.
What does the rental fee include?
You’ll get the use of our entire theater space, including several adjacent rooms and the lobby. We also supply a house manager and booth technician to ensure safety and keep your event running smoothly.
Can I serve alcohol at my event?
Our liquor license includes wine and beer. For liability reasons, only our own bar staff may serve in our space. One or more of our bar staff can be booked for your event, to serve your beer and wine, or sell from our existing bar selection. This is separate from the rental fee. (FYI: For legal reasons, we cannot sell wine or beer that was donated.)
Do you serve food?
We don’t serve food, but you’re free to bring in your own catering or order from the many restaurants nearby. Check our Suggested Food and Beverage vendor list for suggestions.
Are there tables available for use? How many?
We have two 6’ tables and three small square tables.
Are there more rooms than just the theater? Can we use them?
Yes! The basement, rehearsal room, and the green room are available to use with your rental.
Can I use the A/V equipment?
Yes! We have sound and stage light capabilities, wired microphones, and a projector screen. Your onsite technician is there to assist you, but please notify us in advance of your needs, so we can confirm we can meet them.
