Fall 2023 - 201: Characters
This class is 8 weeks/2 hours per week.
Please note on your registration notes if you were NOT in the Spring 2023 - 101 class. We hope there will be space for you, but we prioritize students already in this cohort.
In this workshop we'll learn to create characters using Voice, Attitude or Posture, and Animal, Prop or Obsession to build instant characters. We'll also cover patterns, games, and basic edits as tools for scenework. Prerequisite: at least one improv class at any improv theater, or instructor permission.
Students must be older than 18. Eight weeks, 2 hours. $230+$20 non-refundable deposit.
There are three sections:
Sundays 10am-noon 10/8-12/3 (no class 11/12)
Sundays 1pm-3pm 10/8-12/3 (no class 11/12)
Tuesdays 7-9pm 10/10-11/28

Class Registration
$250 (includes a $20 non-refundable deposit - we have payment plans)
Payment Plans
Select either payment plan when registering for class and you'll only be charged a $20 deposit. You'll be able to pay in installments of $20 or $50 in-person once class starts. It is not a drop-in class, you will be responsible for the whole tuition
