Studio Master Class with Molly Ritchie – Mondays 6/15-8/3, 5:30-7:30pm

As improvisers and artists it is important to develop a methodology to
celebrate our artistic strengths and work on the areas we feel most
unsure in. Also, due to the constraints of classroom management,
individual feedback can be hard to come by in the improv classroom.
This class will focus on how you can stretch yourself as an artist
through work you do in the classroom, in rehearsals, in the audience,
and through solo work on your own. We will use improv exercises and
scenework along with individualized instructor feedback to help you
stretch yourself as an artist in the unscripted theatre. It will also
be fun. Students will be encouraged to do a personal artistic
inventory, begin an improv journal, find outside class time for
rehearsing, and watch at least one show per week.
Prerequisites- completion of HUGE 401, or by approval of Jill
Bernard or Molly Ritchie
